The Small Business Research Initiative (SBRI) offers a way of connecting innovative new companies with government departments. Bringing innovation into the public sector arena is often a challenge. The SBRI is a mechanism for government departments to run a competition for ideas and new technologies to the wider business community based on their future procurement needs.

With the next round of opportunities coming soon, this breakfast briefing will aim to:
·    Provide an overview of the SBRI
·    Detail who the initiative is aimed at and how to apply
·    Inform SMEs of how to get involved and what the potential current and future opportunities are
